Well, after a long absence, I'm back and blogging. Now, I'm not one for excuses, but here's why I've been missing. First off, work is absolutely crazy. Going from working in an office, 9 to 5 and leaving all my work behind when I go home to working on the road, out of my truck, not being in the office, and up till 2 or 3 AM doing proposals is very tough to get used to. My average sale at PCC was anywhere from $3K to $30K. Now, my average transaction is about $250K. Way more money, way more things that can go wrong. Anyway, its amazing...today, I was at work at 8AM, in Canton, MA. I played golf from 10 - 2. I had 4 Budweisers, made a bunch of great contacts w/ Golf Course Superintendents and was home by 5. Now, before that, I sat in traffic from 5:30 and didn't get home to almost 7. Oh, and guess what else, I have a gas card and I am making about $20K more a year. Sound like a no brainer?
As for life, its going well. My knee is healing up quickly, I've been working out like a mad man and things with the little lady are great. I do miss my Alabama girlfriend but hopefully now, I'll be back on and blogging every night. I won't be able to update during the day, mainly because I'm not at a computer all day, however, I'm on all night, so I guess you'll all have fresh stuff to read when you get to work in the morning...ha ha ha...
